What's this brushed aluminum thing?
It's beautiful. Two sheets of brushed aluminum bonded together with a plastic core. It's shiny, sturdy, but light-weight. We use UV inks and a custom printing technique which, depending on the photograph and Sohail Coelho's interpretation, the aluminum shows through. This creates a truly special product and is one of the elements that makes Starry Rabbit unique. When handling, please be careful as the edges can be sharp - it is metal after-all.
I love one of your photos but want it in a different size and/or format than what you offer on the website, is that option?
Absolutely. Just email me with what you'd like and I will see what I can do.
Your art is beautiful, but the website says I can't purchase it - what gives?
Why thank you! The art collection will be on sale in time. I am considering doing a live exhibition because I truly feel that this collection needs to be experienced in person. So until I figure out how to make that happen, it will remain in show-only mode. But feel free to email me at info@starryrabbit.com for inquiries or questions.
How long does shipping/delivery take?
Because each photo is custom printed and personally checked by me, it takes a little time. So please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. We use UPS Ground Shipping, so depending on where you are, it could take longer. If you have a specific timing need, please email me at info@starryrabbit.com
How do I know my purchased artwork is a Starry Rabbit original?
Each piece of art and photography will be accompanied with a Starry Rabbit seal of authenticity and serial number. Avoid the fakes on Canal Street.
What if my artwork/photography gets damaged during shipping?
We pack our artwork/photography with extra care, doing my best to ensure that they won't be damaged, and all packages are labeled with special handling instructions. All art is shipped via UPS with a tracking code for greater security. If your purchase is seriously damaged, please contact us and we will do the best we can to replace or fix the issue. What is your return policy?
