At Starry Rabbit, we value your privacy and data security. You trust us with your information, and we’re serious about that responsibility. We believe in transparency, and we’re committed to being upfront about our privacy practices, including how we treat personal information we collect or receive. 

Information Collected or Received

Starry Rabbit will not sell or disclose your name, email address or other personal information to third parties, except as specified in this policy.

In order to fulfill your purchase on Starry Rabbit, we collect information including, but not limited to, first and last name, billing address, credit card number, shipping address, email address and mobile telephone number. This information is sent to a printing and fulfillment facility which custom prints your order and ships on behalf of Starry Rabbit. Per our agreement with this facility, this information is purged once your order has been fulfilled and will never be shared or stored.

Starry Rabbit automatically receives and records some information from your browser when you visit the site, such as your IP address, cookies and data about which pages you visit on the site through the use of log files provided by our third-party tracking-utility partners. This information helps us analyze and understand how the site works for members and visitors.

If you opt-in to receive e-mail notifications from Starry Rabbit, your email address is stored in a secure database and email updates will be sent out from Starry Rabbit via our email vendor XXXXX. Your email address will never be shared with any other 3rd party.

 Data Security

Starry Rabbit is powered by the shopify.com platform. All data is stored on their servers and their security policy is as follows: “The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information, such as credit card number on our registration form, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). Credit card details are stored encrypted using AES-256 encryption. As a level 1 PCI-DSS compliant service provider we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Return Policy

We handle every return inquiry on a case-by-case basis, so if something's off and/or you're just not totally pleased, let us know. The sooner we hear from you, the better chance we'll have at helping you out. It's our goal to make Starry Rabbit a great experience for every collector. All return inquiries should be sent to info@starryrabbit.com with the subject line "Return Inquiry:" followed by your transaction number and full name/information.

Before contacting us, please read the following guidelines for returns:

Inquiries about exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days from the date your order was marked delivered. 

Shipping Damage

We pack our orders with extra care, doing our best to ensure that they won't be damaged, and all packages are labeled with special handling instructions. All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Shipping, which provides tracking. In the unfortunate event that a photography work is damaged, if it's possible, we'll replace your order as soon as we are notified once proof of the damage has been received (you can send in a digital snapshot). If a work of art is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately and we will work together for a fix. Art collections are one-of-a-kind and no replacements exist.


Lost In the Mail

While every order is tracked, occasionally stuff happens. The vast majority of "lost" orders are merely delayed and do turn up within 7 days of shipping. If your tracking info says the order has been delivered and you don't have it, talk to UPS. Usually, the package has just been misplaced. If your order is confirmed as lost by UPS, and it was a photography order, we'll send you another order one. Just send your transaction number and name to info@starryrabbit.com with an explanation of your issue. If a one-of-a-kind Art work has been lost, we will literally have to sob together, then we will either refund your purchase or if you are willing to wait, we can custom commission a new one. Expect some variations in the new work.

Photography Printing Flaws

We work with quality printers to make unique creations on brushed aluminum and every order is inspected before shipping. Please note that due to our unique printing process whereby we like to see the brushed aluminum coming through on certain images, what you may consider a defect, could be intentional. So please take a photograph of the issue and email us at info@starryrabbit.com and we will get back to you. If it is deemed to be a printing issue, we will promptly flog the printer in the town square, and then will replace defective orders within two to three weeks after they are received, so please inspect your order right after it arrives. 

What if I don't have a specific issue and just don't like the order once I see it in person?

We're pretty sure that once you have a Starry Rabbit original in your hands, you'll be happy. But, if for some reason, you aren't thrilled with your purchase, let us know why and we'll do what we can to make the collecting experience a good one for you. Please be sure to retain all of the original packaging and materials that arrived with your order. 


WEBSITE TERMS OF USE

Starry Rabbit’s Terms of Use require all purchasers to be at least 18 years of age (or have the permission and supervision of a responsible parent or legal guardian), therefore, this policy does not discuss use of our site or services by minors.
